Shipping & Handling
There is a $10 flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders within New Zealand for non-wine and wine orders.
All deliveries in New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door. A street name and number is required. No deliveries are made to P.O Box addresses.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 4 - 6 business days of confirming receipt of your online order.
We accept Paypal & credit card payments through Paypal.
If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to A-LLURE within 24 hours of wine being delivered.
To track your parcel, please check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your purchase has been dispatched from our Warehouse). Click on the tracking number which should look like PE00000XXXXX which will take you through to the ‘track your parcel’ section with Fastway couriers. Click track and you will be able to check the delivery status of your parcel.
